Quality Inspection Process
Our products undergo a rigorous Quality Inspection Process before shipment. Please carefully check your size before placing an order, as different items have varying measurement standards. Size charts on our product pages can guide you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged item, the wrong size, or the incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will provide solutions within 1 working day. Items without the mentioned issues will not be unconditionally returned or replaced.
Returned Goods and Refunds
Returned goods must be shipped back to us, undergo inspection, and refunds will be processed within 5 working days. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, covering the cost of each shipping service. Our warranty period is 30 days, and services are closed after this timeframe.
Return Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, underwears, bodysuits, swimming suits, and accessories are non-refundable.
- Returning packages must remain in good condition, with products unworn and unused. Damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
- Inform our customer service team of reasons before shipping the return.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service; returns are at your own cost.
- Purchases made with coupons cannot be returned. If a coupon and regular payment are used, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

- Ship the returning package to the provided address and email us the tracking info.
- Refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the package.

*Note: We currently do not offer free returns; return and exchange shipping must be made at your own cost. Use a standard shipping service with tracking for a successful return.
