Toonicee Cancellation and Returns Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. Orders placed within 24 hours can be canceled, providing a full refund. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled if the product has already been shipped.
Toonicee welcomes returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Please note that free returns are not currently offered. Customers are responsible for return shipment and costs unless the original products are defective. Here is our return address:

The item must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and include all its parts with their original tags/package.
We won’t accept returned items sent back directly without prior contact.
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Note: The following conditions are not considered quality issues:
Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to monitor display variations do not constitute quality issues.
Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
Defective goods clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns.
Please refer to our sizing chart for the final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences in different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact our support team at [email protected] for exchange order fulfillment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not within 3 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take 3-7 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
